Geraci Girls in Atlantic City

I'm guessing that this is at Lake Erie, Lake Conneaut, or Lake Geneva. Great Grandma Pauline (Pasquarosa) Mazza, Grandma, and Carol.

Leona, Glenn, G-pap, and G-ma at the "World Famous Dude Ranch" (Boardwalk at Connecticut Avenue) in Atlantic City. I guess that's "the dude" in the middle.

I believe this is where the Mazzas used to stay when they went to Atlantic City. The sign in the picture says Newfield Hotel or something of the like.

Leona and Glenn on the steps of the Newfield. Salt water taffy in the bag perhaps?

The steel pier in Atlantic City.

This is the hotel at Conneaut Lake, PA (a little ways south of Erie). It stands today, unlike many of the other grand old hotels that were constructed around the Great Lakes at the beginning of the century. Incidentally, I think this photo was taken on Leona and Glenn's honeymoon.

Anthony, Jim, and Carol hittin' up Aunt Leona for some grub. I'm told these subs were legendary. The sign above the stand appears to say Mrs. Atomasello, 118 S.Arkansas Ave. Whether she was the proprietor of the stand or someone who lived above it I do not know.

Since we're on the subject of summertime cuisine . . .

Frozen custard anyone? Childhood friend Becky Brown and Carol (Mazza) DeWitt in front of Star Confectionary. Grandma made the frozen custard herself and my Mom says it was incredible!

Popcorn?

How 'bout spaghetti?

This picture always makes me feel guilty for hoarding all the toys. (Sorry Mike)

My favorite place to be in the summer was always my dirthole. Strange kid, eh?

Summer vacation with the Fairfax Mazzas (Jason and Cindy, July '78)

Lynne about to school everyone in the finer points of beach volleyball.
